Well, I'm back. I was at my sister's the past couple of days. I had a wonderful time playing with the kids and holding the baby. Everynight her and I would enjoy a cocktail after the kids went to bed and it was just a nice, relaxing couple of days.
Steve and I have spoken and hashed some things out. So that feels better. I leave for couseling in 15 minutes. When I get home this afternoon, I'm going to finish up organizing for school. It feels good to be back in the swing of things.
As the school year begins, I'm thinking about a lot of the things I'd like to see happen for this year. I've really been praying about this, and am praying for God to give me some direction for disciplines. My Bible study has pretty much been null all summer long. My quiet time is few and far between, and my exercise just as sporadic. Fresh starts. Home. Comforting and exciting. I'm looking forward to it. I'd love to hear from some of you guys about how you fit all that into a day. What do you do with your kids? When do you get it done? Does morning or evening work better? What do you do for your Bible study? Do you meet with a group once a week for accountability or go it alone? Feel free to email me privately at pinklizzard@comcast.net if you don't have a blog account. I'd love to get some input. Scriptures for discipline, or anything else you think might help. Love you guys.
