So I took Amy Harvey up to St. Joe last week to drop off her artwork for an art show at a church we frequent on Friday nights. She needed a large vehicle w/ a roof on it, so I volunteered the van. On the way there, we were moaning and groaning about our youngest children giving us so much grief over learning a certain subject. Isaac w/ language arts and Max w/ Math. Out of that was born a mini co-op on Thursday mornings. Amy and Max will be coming over at 11 a.m. every Thursday for a teaching swap. She will be teaching Isaac language arts and I will be teaching Max math. It should be good for the boys to have a different teacher and even better for Amy and I to catch a break from teaching our own once a week. I'll let you know how it goes.
In other news: WE HAVE A NEW VAN!!!!!! Just picked it up yesterday. It's all shiny and new. But no worries. We'll break it in good and proper before the month is up!

Good idea for you and Amy, hope it accomplishes what you need it to.
Yay about the new van!
thank you on both accounts. I'll let you know how co op turns out tomorrow.
A new van?!?! Can't wait to see it! Hope the teaching swap went ok...you always have such wonderful ideas!!
Love you!!
Amy was sick w/ a cold this week, so we're going to try for next week w/ our little co op. As for the van; I'm having fun trying to figure it all out. You should have seen me last night trying to turn the lights on. It took about 5 minn before we could get on the road!
and Jen, you will see the van soon enough since I'm your driver for the pub crawl.
