Steven-"Coach I feel like I have to throw up"
Coach-"Well, you had better go throw up then."
(Steven leaves and comes back a few moments later)
C-"Well, did you throw up?"
S-"yup"
C-"Atta' boy" (slaps Steven on the back)
Steven tells Dad the story later on
Steve-"Well, did you keep practicing?"
Steven-"Yup"
Steve-"That's my boy!"

Don't you just love football?!?!?!?
Not so much. I wish he weren't playing. It's so rough and we have had so many injuries on our team. It's only a matter of time before Steven is hurt. But Steve says if I wanted a girl I should have put a dress on him and I need to just suck it up. So I'm trying my best. The fact that he loves it so much seems to help ease my worry.
I know. It is hard as a mother to watch your baby do that to themselves on purpose. Alex keeps saying he loves it and it doesn't really hurt. Have you played a game yet?!?! Practice for me was one thing but the games were totally different. I wanted to run on the field and knock down the kid that hit my baby!! :)
