revival

I've never been in a church that was in the middle of revival before. But I believe I'm about to experience that at our home church. I can't explain it except to say the timing seems to be right. All paths have been leading up to this point; and it seems to me a very probable possability. I'm excited and nervous. I mean, let's be real: Most of us have no idea what an Acts church really looks like. We say we do. We have even heard one of our former churches referred to as an Acts church. But back in Bible days; the Lord did wonderful things. Healings and miracles were a part of the daily life in the Acts church. And it's one thing for your church to teach that. It's another to experience it first hand. God is mighty. He always has been. He always will be. So why do we not see that more often in His house? That I'm not sure of. But I know this much; You have to be prepared for a revival. It takes some courage. You have to be open minded and understand that God may not work in your comfortable box. He may do something that is outside of that box. And that can be very nerve wracking. So I'm trying to be more flexible. And understand His ways are not our ways. Ever.
