modern miracles

It is my belief that God is the same today, yesterday, and forever. Therefore, He is still doing miracles today. These miracles couldn't possibly look the same as miracles 2000 years ago since Jesus isn't walking this earth in the form of man and laying His hands on people. But there is such a thing as modern miracles. I was a witness to one just last night. My twin sister was pregnant with her fourth child. She has always had healthy babies, but never early. She was three weeks early when she went into labor yesterday. She had a beautiful baby boy last night without any problems. Now babies are always a miracle anyways. But that's not what I'm talking about. After Daddy cut the cord, the doctor brought it over for us to see. The cord had a knot in it. I mean a literal knot. It was loose, but more than likely would have tightened up had the baby stayed in uterou another three weeks. If that knot tightens, it cuts off the baby's food supply, and he would have died. But God had other plans for my nephew Wyatt. He said, "Oh no. We're having this baby. For I know the plans I've made for you. Plans to prosper and not to harm you." And He caused my sister to go into labor three weeks early. And she delivered a healthy baby boy. A modern miracle. Thank you Jesus!

Yes, He does perform miracles everyday. Hooray, Baby Wyatt is here. I am so glad that mommy and baby are just perfect. I can't wait to see them both.
